Indrayani is a midwife with several working experiences as nurse of public health center, midwife practitioner, midwife lecturer, researcher, and writer.

She has master degree in midwifery from reputable university, Padjadjaran University. Currently, She works at Bina Husada Midwifery Academy, Tangerang.

Her work has introduced her with many collaborative partners such as Ministry of Health, governmental and non-governmental institution, association, and community
